Dennis has been practicing law for 20 years. Dennis has been instrumental in assisting California based real estate developer DealPoint Merrill LLC with the development of Belle Oaks in Richmond Heights, the former Richmond Town Square Mall, which includes the following: 

• Zoning – Text Amendments, Conditional Use, Variance Approvals Community Reinvestment Area Boundary Extension and Approvals
• Lot Splits/Consolidations
• Resolution of Title Issues
• Development Agreement Negotiations
• Participate in New Community Authority Negotiations
• Property Acquisition
• Tenant Negotiations
• Coordination with Cleveland Water, NEORSD, and Other Utility Providers
• Coordinate with Port of Cleveland
• Prepare Reciprocal Easement Documents
• Interact with a Diverse Team of Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Financial and
• Economic Advisers, County and Municipal Officials
• Dennis also serves as Law Director of the City of Brunswick, Medina County’s largest City.
